BWANA'S BABY
120 ac lode mining claim
$39,000.00
This claim is located in Central Nevada.
As is indicated by the name, I originally claimed this ground for my personal use.
I was doing my research and I found this claim that had been kept active
for 40 or more years.  To me this is a great indicator of value.
When I got to the site I found that it appears to have been abandoned in the 1940's
and not worked since.
It originally had a small/medium sized mill on site, another good sign, see photos.
I staked 6 - 20 acre lode claims here to insure I covered the ground.
It is adjacent to several other mines, see map.
This is an ideal spot for a small mining operation.
It may be accessible by 2wd, I can't exactly remember the pitch
on the final approach to the mine itself.
There is a well maintained road close to the claims as seen on the map.

LOST ENTERPRISE
80 ac lode mining claim
$19,000.00
This claim is located in Central Nevada,
a bit south of Gold Point.
This was a large commercial mine in the late 1800's.
My four lode claims overlap the original patented ground,
which is a long narrow strip.
Without these claims the patented ground could not be worked,
which adds to the value of my claims.
Also the float rocks in this area are very dramatic.
All kinds of quartz and color.
There are all kinds of diggings and shafts here.
The Stateline Mill was a large milling site erected here.
It is adjacent to several other mines, see map.
This is an ideal spot for a small to medium mining operation.
It is easily accessible by 2wd.
There is an old cabin adjacent to the claims that has been maintained
over the years and seems to be available on a first come basis. (see photo)

BTP #1, #2, & #3
(Better Than Peaches)
(or any name you can invent from BTP)

60 ac lode mining claim

$29,000.00
This claim is located in Central Nevada.
I was doing my research and I found this claim that had been kept active
for 40 or more years.  To me this is a great indicator of value.
When I got to the site I found that it appears to have been abandoned in the 1940's
and not worked since.
It has one of the largest shaft openings that I have seen, with a concrete base for the winch assembly,
indicating a decent sized operation.
This is an ideal spot for a small mining operation.
You will need 4WD to get the last 1/2 mile from the main road to the mine itself.
There is a well maintained road close to the claims as seen on the map.

ARROWHEAD
200 ac lode mining claim
$369,000.00
This claim is located in Western Nevada almost on the California border,
south of Carson City.
This lode mine has an amazing potential.  The historical record indicates that there were a couple of hot spots in this mine with very high values.  It had a medium sized milling operation and a shaker table, probably last used in the 40's.
There are 4 or 5 adits, a headframe and several tailings piles to rework.
This is an ideal spot for a small mining operation.
It is accessible by 2wd to the lower area,
but you will need 4WD to climb the hill to the upper workings.,
There is a well maintained road close to the claims as seen on the map.

 ''GOLD RIDES AN IRON HORSE''
This is an old miners saying, sumarizing the fact
that gold and iron are often found together.
If you find a vein with traces of iron,
there is a good chance gold is nearby.
