TCP 5 to 12
(Tule Canyon Placer)

320 ac placer mining claim
(eight 40 acre claims)
$29,000.00
This claim is located in Central Nevada,
a bit south of Lida.
Tule Canyon has been a historic mining area
going back to the Spanish Times in the Southwest.
Google 'Tule Canyon' for some history.
The upper canyon was commercially worked in the 60's or 70's, but not the lower section.
These claims run about 2 miles down the canyon.
There are several hard rock mines in this area as well.
This is an excellent opportunity for a small or medium sized placer operation.
It is easily accessible by 2wd.

GGP 1 to 10
(Goose Gully Placer)

400 ac placer mining claim
(ten 40 acre claims)
$49,000.00
These claims are located in South West Nevada,
in the old Palmetto Mining District.
(I invented the name 'Goose Gully'
as the stream/wash had no name on the topo maps.)
Goose Gully has alot of history with several old cabins
and 2 or 3 previous placer operations.
There is a fairly complete wash plant on GGP #1
from the 70's(?), see first photo.
Just setting up this amount of equipment here
would cost more than I am asking for the claim.
There are one or two large ponds.
One of the ponds fed a separate placer plant on GGP#10
where they were working on an ancient river channel.
It appears that the previous operations worked only part of the valley
on GGP#1 to #7 and left alot of gravel untouched.
That would mean alot of untouched bedrock.
These claims run about 2 miles down the canyon.
There are several hard rock mines in this area as well.
This is an excellent opportunity for a small or medium sized placer operation.
It is easily accessible by 2wd.
